we are 12 minutes off I-20 and 20 minutes off I-95.

Owner on site. Can offer bed and shower with advance notice.
Restaurants, motels about 15 minutes away.
Two barns, total of 12 stalls, several turnout areas and large pastures.
Office/lounge with half-bath and basic kitchen amenities.
Trails available.

Front Barn

Front barn: four 12 x 12 stalls and two 11 x 15 stalls with mats, fans and automatic waterers. Cross tie, wash rack, hot and cold water, electricity, water inside and outside, adjacent pastures.

NEW Ramm fencing around 250 x 400 ft. paddock, with stock tank, good grass and shade. Electric fence (can be turned off).

Back Barn

Back barn: six 12 x 12 stalls with automatic waterers. Turnout adjacent.
Board fencing around pasture.
Water at front and back of barn. Small paddock in addition to pasture.

  • Stall $25/day (includes pasture and all amenities)
  • Pasture $20/horse/day (includes everything except stall)
  • Owner on site
